“Collection” functions as an archive and plays with the notion of an art collection. The photographs in the collection depict sculptural appearances in public spaces. I take photographs wherever I go, with a small point and shoot camera. I set the “art trained” perspective on daily phenomena and reorganize the subjects outside of their original context.
“Collection/White” was presented 2005 as 70 x 105 cm analogue C-Prints at the gallery Stampa in Basel and at Hors Champ in Strasbourg.
